NTU SCHOLARSHIP SINGAPORE 2024
Nanyang Technological University Scholarship 2024-2025 is a fully funded prestigious undergraduate award, granted to exceptional first-year students enrolled in undergraduate programs for international students.
It acknowledges individuals who show outstanding academic performance, exhibit promising leadership qualities and display remarkable involvement in extracurricular activities.
Scholarship holder is required to take on the role of student ambassador, or any other similar role, representing the university to give publicity talks, to receive guests.
The university reserves the right to revoke the scholarship if the scholar’s academic performance or conduct is deemed inadequate.
Should the scholar choose to terminate the scholarship before its completion, a repayment will be required.
Scholarship selection interviews will occur from March to May, with only shortlisted applicants notified via email by late May.
Non-shortlisted applicants will not receive any email communication.

Who is Eligibility?
The Nanyang Scholarship is quite competitive and available to students of all nationalities hence interested persons should:
Enrol in a full-time undergraduate degree program and complete their studies at NTU.
They should have achieved exceptional results in the Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, received a Diploma from a Singapore polytechnic, obtained the NUS High School Diploma, earned the IB Diploma, or have qualifications equivalent to Year 12.
Should have a notable track record in extracurricular activities is required, along with demonstrated strong leadership abilities and potential.
Benefits of NTU SCHOLARSHIP SINGAPORE 2024
The Nanyang Scholarship provides financial support for the standard duration of the program, contingent upon the scholar maintaining a strong academic record and displaying exemplary behavior. They include:
Full coverage of subsidized tuition fees following the Tuition Grant.
An annual living allowance of S$6,500.
An accommodation allowance of up to S$2,000 per academic year for scholars residing in NTU hostels.
A travel grant of up to S$5,000 for overseas programs, subject to conditions outlined in the Travel Grant Form.
A one-time computer allowance of S$1,750.
There is no bond associated with the Nanyang Scholarship, except for the standard three-year bond applicable to all Singapore Permanent Residents and international students under the MOE Tuition Grant Scheme.

Applicants with the following qualifications:
Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ Level
Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore
NUS High School Diploma
IB Diploma
Scholarship selection interviews will take place between March to May.
Only scholarship applicants who are shortlisted for an interview will be informed via e-mail by mid-May.
Do check your email regularly and be prepared to attend an interview at short notice.
Scholarship applicants offered either the Medicine program or Renaissance Engineering Programme are to check with the school for the outcome of their scholarship application.
Applicants with Year 12 Equivalent Qualifications:
Scholarship selection interviews will take place within 2 months from the date the NTU program offer is released to successful students.
Only scholarship applicants who are shortlisted for an interview will be informed via e-mail within a month from the date of the NTU program offer.
How to Apply For NTU SCHOLARSHIP SINGAPORE 2024
The application period for admissions and scholarships aligns.
Candidates must first apply for admission before submitting their scholarship application.
To access the scholarship application form, applicants can visit the “Apply for Scholarship” link provided after their online admission application. Login using the assigned application number is mandatory.
For those who have reserved an undergraduate degree program at NTU, access to the scholarship application form is available through a designated login.
Completing the form requires a Personal Essay of no more than 300 words, with three topics provided for selection.
Following form completion, applicants must upload a recent passport-size photo and arrange for a referee’s appraisal online.
The appraisal, to be completed by a school teacher (excluding family or relatives), necessitates forwarding a unique URL to the teacher.
Essential information includes the applicant’s NTU application number and Date of Birth.
The teacher is expected to submit the online appraisal within 7 days of the scholarship application submission.
Extensions beyond 7 days are permissible with prompt notification, preferably not exceeding 2 weeks from the scholarship application date.
Note that only one online appraisal per applicant is accepted to support the application.
